5 DUI Arrests In Elmhurst: Cops
A woman was found asleep behind the wheel of a running car, police said.
ELMHURST, IL — Elmhurst made five DUI arrests in recent days. Here is information from the reports:
DUI
- Andreu Osika, 47, of San Francisco, was arrested about 2:30 a.m. Saturday at Route 83 and Lake on charges of DUI, improper lane usage and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. He was released on bond.
- Araceli Bustamante, 33, of Villa Park, was arrested about 6:30 a.m. Saturday at Walnut and Third on charges of DUI and possession of alcohol. She was released on bond. According to a police report, Bustamante was found asleep behind the wheel of her running car.
- Felix Cortes, 22, of Chicago, was arrested about 1 a.m. Sunday at Route 83 and Riverside on charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license, possession of marijuana by a driver, operating an uninsured vehicle and improper lane usage. He was released on bond.
- Jeremiah Kemp, 25, of Addison, was arrested about 3 a.m. Sunday at Highland and Fremont on charges of DUI, improper lane usage and disobeying a stop sign. He was released on bond.
- Paulina Rosol, 37, of Prospect Heights, was arrested about 3:30 a.m. Sunday in the 100 block of East Lake on charges of DUI, expired registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and failure to carry driver's license on person. She was released on bond.

- Justin Cortes, 31, of Chicago, was cited about 3:30 p.m. Saturday at Michigan and North on charges of no valid driver's license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and failure to yield at a private drive. He was released on bond.
- Orlando Diaz, 27, of Franklin Park, was cited about 7:30 p.m. Saturday at York and North End on a charge of driving with a suspended license. He was released on bond.
- Angelo Oquendo, 20, of Chicago, was cited about 8 p.m. Saturday at North and Indiana on a Cook County Sheriff's Office warrant and charges of driving with a suspended license, tinted windows and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. He was released on bond.
