88-Year-Old Charged Again In Elmhurst: Cops
The woman has gotten in trouble at two local grocery stores, authorities said.

ELMHURST, IL – An 88-year-old Wood Dale woman was arrested last week in connection with a September incident at an Elmhurst grocery store, police said.
Police said three people entered Jewel, 153 E. Schiller St., shortly before midnight Sept. 23, filled two carts with groceries, paid for only a few items and bagged the rest without paying, police said.
The 88-year-old woman was arrested on Halloween on a disorderly conduct charge in connection with the incident.

The other suspects were described as a heavy white man in his 50s and a white woman in her 20s or 30s.
On Oct. 17, the woman was charged with obstructing identification at Mariano's, 678 N. York St.

Police said they saw suspects linked to a previous retail theft acting suspiciously. Mariano's recovered merchandise that wasn't paid for, police said.
