ELMHURST, IL – A man and a woman were arrested last week after they were found to be engaging in a sexual act in a Nissan Altima in Elmhurst, police said.
The 44-year-old Lombard woman was charged with prostitution, while the 46-year-old Des Plaines man was charged with solicitation of a sexual act, police said
The incident occurred about 12:30 p.m. Thursday near the Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers union hall at 660 Industrial Drive, police said.
The man was released, while the woman was taken to the DuPage County Jail.
During the incident, police arrested a 51-year-old Bellwood man, who was wanted on a DuPage County theft warrant. He was taken to the county jail.
