Another Disturbance At Elmhurst Eatery: Cops

Unusual medical incidents were reported within a few days at the restaurant.

ELMHURST, IL – For the second time in recent days, an unusual incident was reported at an Elmhurst restaurant.

About 7 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to Chipotle Mexican Grill, 353 S. Route 83, for someone who was said to be suffering cardiac arrest, police said.

Instead, medics used Narcan on the victim, who then regained consciousness, police said. Narcan is used to treat overdoses.

The victim was taken to Elmhurst Hospital. Three suspects connected to the incident were given no-trespass notices, police said.

Four days earlier, a woman was pulled out of a Chipotle restroom in the early evening, police said.

Others appeared to administer CPR on the woman. The group left before officers arrived, police said.

Employees said the people, who appeared to be homeless, frequented the business. Officers were unable to find the woman or the others.

It was unclear whether the same people were involved in both incidents.
