On Wednesday, DuPage County Judge Michael Burton issued a $300,000 arrest warrant for Buenconsejo, requiring 10 percent for release, police said. Prosecutors are asking the judge to deny bail, so Buenconsejo is in jail pending a hearing.

Buenconsejo was charged with aggravated criminal sexual assault and unauthorized video recording, both felonies.

"The allegations levied against Mr. Buenconsejo are, in a word, unconscionable," DuPage County State's Attorney Robert Berlin said in the news release. "Persons with disabilities rely on others for their day-to-day living. They literally entrust their caregivers with their lives. It is alleged that Mr. Buenconsejo betrayed the trust placed in him in the most vile manner conceivable."
