Bensenville Park District seeks vendors, sponsors for Harvest Fest

Annual Fischer Farm event expanding to three days, September 30-October 2, in 2022

Bensenville, Ill.—The Bensenville Park District is seeking arts and crafts vendors—in addition to local sponsors—for its expanded, three-day Harvest Fest, which is scheduled to take place at Fischer Farm Friday, September 30, through Sunday, October 2.

“We are excited to be expanding Harvest Fest 2022 to three days of fun-filled activities and music,” says Superintendent of Recreation Michael Hayes. “In doing so, we are in need of local vendors and sponsors to help us pull this off the right way to make this our best Harvest Fest yet.”

Local arts and crafts vendors are sought for Saturday and Sunday, October 1 and 2. Vendors sought include those for homemade arts and crafts, direct-selling companies, pottery, furniture, antique dealers, primitives, salvaged and vintage goods, jewelry, clothing, makeup, health and wellness. The $20 vendor registration fee reserves a 12’x12’ outdoor location at the event. Tents, chairs, electrical, and tables are not provided. On-site security will be present overnight. Contact Hayes at mhayes@bvilleparks.org for information and a vendor application.

Last year’s single-day event drew several thousand people and featured live music, food and drink and family-friendly activities such as kite flying, goat feeding, bounce houses, art vendors, crafts, pumpkin painting and carnival games.

Sponsors are also sought at many different levels and are available for activities, events and areas of the festival. Contact Paul Palian, ppalian@bvilleparks.org, for more information.
