Bethel UCC opens season with "Elmhurst's Own"

Bethel United Church of Christ opens its 28th season on Saturday, September 26 at 7pm in a program titled “Elmhurst’s Own,” featuring York HS graduates and professional singers CeCe Lampa, Brianna Murray and Nathan Rago. With recent performances ranging from local theater venues to Carnegie Hall, Lampa, Murray and Rago promise to bring an unforgettable evening of beautiful and uplifting singing to our Music at Bethel audience.

Accompanied by Music at Bethel Artistic Director Jeffrey Panko, the program will showcase a wide range of music suited for a family friendly audience. Included in the performance are songs from both the golden age and contemporary music theater repertoire including the famous "Soliloquy" from Carousel, "Tonight" from West Side Story, "Suddenly Seymour" from Little Shop of Horrors, several favorite tunes from the Great American Songbook as well as beloved operatic selections. The concert will be followed by a wine and punch reception.
