Sunset Sound Bath in the Garden

Join us under the elegant wedding tent in Wilder Formal Gardens, nestled beside the Conservatory and surrounded by flowers in full bloom, to experience a deeply calming sound bath meditation in Elmhurst. As birds sing in the surrounding trees, you’ll be guided through an immersive sound journey using crystal singing bowls to support relaxation, stress relief, and nervous system reset.

Led by sound therapist Dana Kraszczynski, this park district wellness event near you offers a chance to slow down, breathe, and reconnect—both within yourself and alongside your local community.

Due to the intimate nature of the space, capacity is limited and sessions often fill in advance.
