'Can't Dance Guy' Groom Proves Himself So Very Wrong at the Wedding

Growing up in Elmhurst, Kyle Kuchenbecker was always known as the car guy, the baseball guy and even the muscle guy. Kyle has never been the dance guy. He was renowned for a while as the Won’t-Dance Guy. That is, until his wedding March 21.

It’s hard to believe the groom in this video is Won’t-Dance Kyle, but his bride, Nikki Blamey (now Kuchenbecker), said she and Elmhurst choreographer Kailey Purpurto only needed three months to teach him the surprise wedding routine. (We’re not sure how long talking him into it took.)

“We used this dance as our introduction for our wedding, and everyone went absolutely wild!” Nikki said. “They were all shocked to see Kyle not only step on the dance floor, but that he was amazing! Our friends and family are still talking about it.”

Nikki said this proves that anyone can do anything with a little hard work and perseverance.

Maybe now Kyle will be known as Dance Guy, and the other nicknames will just fade away. Well, except for muscle guy. Did you see those push-ups at 1:15?
