City Holding Fourth Public Stormwater Meeting Aug. 27

The time for the Aug. 27 meeting has been adjusted to 7:30 p.m.

The city will host its fourth public meeting of the Stormwater Communications Committee on Aug. 27, concerning intergovernmental agreements between the City of Elmhurst and District 205 and the City of Elmhurst and Elmhurst Park District for flood mitigation.

The three agencies have met numerous times to discuss the necessary terms for the development of individual IGAs between the City and each of the other parties. The past three meetings have been public. The time for the Aug. 27 meeting has been adjusted to 7:30 p.m. to accommodate everyone’s schedule.

A video recording of the three public meetings held, July 9, July 23, and Aug. 13 are available for viewing on the City of Elmhurst YouTube Channel.

The next meeting will be held at Elmhurst City Hall, 209 N. York St. in the City Council Chambers on the second floor. This meeting will also be video recorded and available on the City website. All are welcome to attend; there will be an opportunity for public comment at the beginning of the meeting.
