Coyote Sightings Sought In Elmhurst

ELMHURST, IL — Elmhurst residents are urged to report coyote sightings in town as the city works with a specialist to better understand the animal's local populations.

The city has reached out to residents and has asked them to report any sightings here. Basic details, including what shape the coyote is in, are sought to help them best understand the pattern of the animal in the area.

Since coyotes are considered wild animals, the city also urges residents not to actively seek or search for them however.
