Crimes Reported At Elmhurst Business
A semi-truck was stolen from the lot, while a purse was taken from another truck, police said.
ELMHURST, IL – Elmhurst police have been called to a local business three times in recent days.
On Jan. 8, someone stole a semi-truck between 6 a.m. and 4 p.m. at Ego Trucking, 155 Industrial Drive, police said. The theft was reported two days later. An investigation is pending.
On Friday, a woman told police that someone stole her purse from her unlocked semi-truck while it was being serviced. The theft occurred between 1 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. An investigation is pending.

About 6 p.m. Friday, Ego Trucking called police about a trailer in its lot that was reported stolen in Lansing, according to a report. Lansing police confirmed the theft.
