Criminal Damage To Property, DUIs: Elmhurst Police Reports

The following items were taken from the Elmhurst police blotter throughout the past week. Arrestees are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Driving While License Suspended

• Antwon Robinson, 20, of Bellwood, was arrested at 5:44 a.m. Nov. 30 at Butterfield and Swain for driving while license suspended and suspended registration.

No Valid Driver's License

• Nicholas Harris Jr., 19, of Chicago, was arrested at 6:04 a.m. Nov. 30 at York and Columbia for no valid driver's license and possession of cannabis.
• Gerardo Omana, 53, of Chicago, was arrested at 3:59 a.m. Dec. 3 at Grand and Industrial for no valid driver's license and improper lane use.

Criminal Damage To Property

• Brian Beahan, 36, of the 200 block of Adelia, was arrested at 8:01 a.m. Nov. 30 in the 200 block of Adelia Street for criminal damage to property.

DUI

• Jason Cook, 35, of Streamwood, was arrested at 2:14 a.m. Dec. 3 at Grand and York for DUI-alcohol and driving without headlights.
• Cristian James Marsico, 25, of Fort Worth, Texas, was arrested at 2:19 a.m. Dec. 3 at Up Tracks and Larch for DUI, improper lane usage and trespassing on railroad property.

Retail Theft

• William Karson, 28, of Melrose Park, was arrested at 2:15 p.m. Dec. 3 in the 100 block of East Schiller for felony retail theft. He was taken to DuPage County Jail.
• Lisa Karson, 33, of Melrose Park, was arrested at 2:15 p.m. Dec. 3 in the 100 block of East Schiller for retail theft.
