Disorderly Conduct At Elmhurst Bar: Cops

A man was asked to leave after threatening another bar patron, police said.

ELMHURST, IL – A man at Doc's Victory Pub, 490 S. Spring Road, threatened to harm another bar patron last month after the patron accidentally bumped into him, Elmhurst police said.

The suspect left the bar after an employee asked him to go, police said. The incident occurred shortly before midnight Nov. 30, but was reported to the police more than a week later.

The bar asked police to serve the man with a no-trespass notice.

The incident was labeled disorderly conduct. An investigation is pending.
