Disorderly Conduct In Elmhurst Neighborhood: Cops

A man refused to stop creating a disturbance in front of a house, police said.

ELMHURST, IL – Elmhurst police handled an incident of disorderly conduct and other disturbances in the last few days. Here is information from the reports:

Disorderly conduct

  • Roberto Perez, 32, of Bolingbrook, was arrested about 6 a.m. Saturday in the 400 block of North Berteau Avenue on a charge of disorderly conduct. Police said they were responding to a patient experiencing a panic attack. The patient's friend, identified as Perez, was drunk and refused to stop creating a disturbance in front of the house, police said. He was released on bond.

  • A drunk man showed up about 11:30 a.m. Friday at the police station, 125 E. First St. The man was unable to take care of himself and was taken by medics to the hospital.
  • A drunk man was reported at McDonald's, 190 E. Butterfield Road, shortly before 6 p.m. Friday. The man was previously given a no-trespass notice at the restaurant. He was unable to care for himself and was taken by medics to the hospital. Charges are pending.
