Domestic Battery At Elmhurst Hospital: Cops
Batteries were also alleged at a nursing home and in a local neighborhood, police said.

ELMHURST, IL – A Lombard woman was arrested late Sunday morning at Elmhurst Hospital after she struck another woman during an argument, police said.
Carolyn Vittorio, 23, was charged with domestic battery. She was taken to the DuPage County Jail.

- A resident at The Grove of Elmhurst nursing home, 127 W. Diversey Ave., told police Thursday that an employee struck her. The home's administration said it would forward camera footage from that day. It also said the employee would not return until the investigation was completed.
- A man in the 400 block of South Prairie Avenue told police another person slapped him during an argument about 10:30 p.m. Sunday. The suspect denied anything turned physical, but agreed to leave the house for the night. A witness did not see anything physical. No injuries could be seen. The incident was listed as a possible domestic battery.
