Driving Without Tires In Elmhurst: Police
Man was arrested on charges of DUI and driving a car in an unsafe condition.

ELMHURST, IL – A Wood Dale man was arrested Sunday in Elmhurst after he was found driving without two tires, local police said.
Collin P. Franke, 27, of Wood Dale, was arrested about 2 a.m. at Lake and York streets on charges of DUI, using unsafe tires and driving a vehicle in an unsafe condition. Franke, who was driving a Toyota Camry, was released on bond.

- Jorge Velasquez-Gomez, 39, of Maywood, was arrested about 5 a.m. Friday at Grand and Industrial avenues on charges of DUI, reckless driving, obstructing justice, attempting to elude a police officer, improper lane usage, improper display of registration and failure to transfer title. He was released on bond.
- Christina C. Hood, 20, of Chicago, was cited about 10:30 p.m. Thursday at Grand Avenue and County Line Road on charges of leaving the scene of a property damage accident with an occupied vehicle, driving an uninsured vehicle, driving without a valid driver's license and failing to reduce speed to avoid an accident. She was released on bond.
