Drug Possession, DUI: Elmhurst Arrests
Two drivers accused of both drug possession and DUI, police say.
ELMHURST, IL – Elmhurst police released their latest arrest log Monday. Here is information from the reports:
Drug possession
- Christina M. Pickle, 35, of Villa Park, was arrested about 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Charles and Fair on charges of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, DUI (drugs), possession of drug paraphernalia, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, driving while using a phone and no seat belt. She was taken to the DuPage County Jail.
- Renee Kraus, 43, of Wood Dale, was arrested about 5 p.m. Sunday at Route 83 and Lake on charges of possession of a controlled substance, DUI (drugs), improper lane usage and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. She was taken to the DuPage County Jail.

- James Wayne, 51, of Addison, was arrested about 11:30 p.m. Friday at Oak and North on charges of DUI, unlawful possession of marijuana by a driver, improper lane usage and transportation of open alcohol. He was released on bond.
- Alexis N. Burgos, 24, of Chicago, was arrested about 2 a.m. Saturday at North and Berteau on charges of DUI, no valid driver’s license, speeding and transportation of open alcohol. The suspect was released on bond.
Driving violations
- Abel Martinez Rivas, 39, of Bensenville, was cited about 11:30 p.m. Thursday at Grant and Weigel on charges of no valid driver’s license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and driving with only one headlight. He was released on bond.
- Lillian Deandrade, 37, of Chicago, was cited at 11:30 a.m. Friday at Lake and Grand on a charge of no valid driver’s license. She was released on bond.
- Vince Garcia, 25, of Chicago, was cited about 4:30 p.m. Saturday at York and Grand on charges of no valid registration, unlawful possession of marijuana by a driver and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. He was released on bond.
- Wilmer Velasquez, 26, of Bensenville, was cited about 6 p.m. Saturday at Lake and Grand on charges of driving with a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and leaving the scene of a property damage accident. He was released on bond.
