DUI, Driving Violations: Elmhurst Cops
An Elmhurst man is accused of drunken driving. He was released on bond.
ELMHURST, IL – Elmhurst police released its latest arrest log Thursday. Here is information from the reports:
DUI
- Jose Barboza, 36, of Elmhurst, was arrested shortly before 10 p.m. Wednesday at Third and Addison on charges of DUI and driving on the left of center of the road near an intersection. He was released on bond.

- Mikquel Bryant, 21, of Chicago, was cited about 2:30 a.m. Monday in the 100 block of West Industrial on charges of driving with a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and tinted windows. He was released on bond. According to a police report, two suspicious vehicles were seen on Industrial. The one driven by Bryan stopped, while the other sped away, last seen headed east on Interstate 290.
- Sandra Thornton, 37, of Chicago, was cited shortly before noon Monday at North and Berteau on a charge of driving with a suspended license. She was released on bond.
- David Wactor, 42, of Plainfield, was arrested about 7 p.m. Tuesday in the 300 block of North Route 83 on a Will County warrant. He was taken to the Will County Jail.
Warrant
- Calvin Michael Hesser, 60, of Wheaton, was arrested about 10 a.m. Wednesday in the 100 block of North York on a Downers Grove Police Department warrant. Downers Grove police took custody of Hesser.
