DUI Suspect Resists Elmhurst Cops: Police
Officers arrested five men on drunk driving charges in the last few days.

ELMHURST, IL – In the last few days, Elmhurst police arrested five men on DUI charges. Here is information from the reports:
- David Zika, 41, of Villa Park, was arrested about 9 p.m. Friday at Route 83 and St. Charles on charges of DUI, obstructing justice, resisting a police officer, reckless driving, improper lane usage, driving the wrong way and driving an uninsured motor vehicle. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.
- Gerardo Duran, 27, of West Chicago, was arrested about 11 a.m. Thursday at York and Interstate 290 on two DuPage County warrants and charges of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI (drugs), possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle, driving with a suspended license and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.
- Marvin Lopez-Lopez, 37, of Bensenville, was arrested about 1 a.m. Monday at Route 83 and Lake on charges of DUI, failure to yield to emergency vehicles, improper lane usage, improper lighting, driving an uninsured motor vehicle and possession of alcohol by a driver. He was released on bond.
- Luis Javier Medina, 25, of Addison, was arrested about 1 a.m. Saturday at York and North on charges of DUI and improper lane usage. He was released on bond.
- Cristobal Aleman-Jimenez, 40, of Addison, was arrested about 4 a.m. Saturday at North and Route 83 on charges of DUI and use of unsafe tires. He was released on bond.
