The owner also said the man was rude and getting in other people's faces, according to the report.

The 24-year-old got physical with both the owner and his father, a co-owner, punching one of them and pushing the other against the wall, police said.

The owner also said the man told them he had a gun and was going to "blast" them and light up the place, the report said.

DuPage County prosecutors denied a request to charge the man with felonies because there was no video of the fight and no gun was found, police said. He was cited on four counts of battery and released to a friend.
