Elmhurst Bird Hunters Charged With Disorderly Conduct: Cops
They were found with BB guns at a local park, according to a police report.

ELMHURST, IL – Elmhurst police released their latest arrest log Thursday. Here is information from the reports:
Disorderly conduct
- Bryan Ortiz, 19, of Elmhurst, and David N. Falduto, 18, of Lombard, were arrested about 3:30 p.m. Tuesday at Eldridge Park, 363 W. Commonwealth Lane, on a charge of disorderly conduct. The men, who were accused of discharging BB guns, said they wanted to shoot birds. Their guns were placed into evidence. They were released on bond.
Retail theft

- James Porter, 55, of Wheaton, was arrested about 3:30 a.m. Monday at CVS, 110 W. North Ave., on a charge of retail theft. He was released on bond.
Drug possession
- Vance V. Godbold, 34, of Chicago, was arrested about 1 a.m. Wednesday at North and Villa avenues on charges of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, DUI, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle and improper lane usage. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.
