Elmhurst Business May Be 'Chronic Nuisance': Cops
The most recent incident was a gathering of drivers of modified cars, according to reports.

ELMHURST, IL – Police said they conducted a "chronic nuisance" investigation this week at the shopping center at 623 W. North Ave. in Elmhurst.
The business was not identified.
The most recent police issue in the center was at Sarpino's Pizza. In the early evening of April 15, officers were called about a gathering of drivers of modified cars at the restaurant, police said.

Parked cars overflowed into neighborhood streets and other business parking lots, according to a report. Officers helped the property manager end the event and disperse the cars, police said.
Patch filed a public records request for documents on the chronic nuisance investigation.
