Elmhurst Cops Arrest 3 On Retail Theft Charges
One suspect was picked up by a teen who was wanted on a warrant, police said.

ELMHURST, IL – Elmhurst police on Friday released their latest arrest log. Here is the information from the reports:
Felony retail theft
- Lee Bryant, 35, of Chicago, and Finney Colbert, 36, of Maywood, were arrested about 11:30 p.m. Tuesday at Jewel, 944 S. York St., on charges of felony retail theft and resisting a police officer. Bryant was also charged with driving an uninsured car, transportation of open alcohol and improper window tinting. Colbert faces an additional charge of possession of open alcohol. They were taken to the DuPage County Jail. In the same incident, a 19-year-old Maywood woman was arrested on a DuPage County warrant. Police said they responded to a retail theft in progress. They said the suspects ran away, with Colbert getting picked up by the Maywood woman.
- Kevin A. Gage, 52, of Chicago, was arrested about noon Tuesday at Kohl's, 303 S. Route 83, on charges of felony retail theft and burglary. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.
Aggravated DUI

- Astrid Avila Saucedo, 27, of Franklin Park, was arrested about 1 a.m. Monday at Route 83 and Riverside Drive on charges of aggravated DUI, obstructing identification and improper lane usage. She was also wanted on a DuPage County warrant. She was released.
Retail theft
- A 27-year-old Chicago man, a 36-year-old Stone Park woman and a 44-year-old Stone Park woman were arrested about 4:30 p.m. Tuesday at Mariano's, 678 N. York St., on charges of retail theft. The two women as well as a 36-year-old Oak Park woman were also charged with possession of a controlled substance. They were released.
Police report information is provided by local police departments. Charges are not evidence of guilt. They are a record of police actions on a given day, and people charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
