Elmhurst Dog Owner Cited In Attack: Police
Both a woman and her dog were injured in the incident, according to a report.

ELMHURST, IL – A man's dog attacked a woman and her dog last week in an Elmhurst neighborhood, police said.
She said the offending dog bit and scratched her and caused two puncture wounds to the leg and hind quarter of her dog, police said.
The incident happened about 6 p.m. Thursday in the 600 block of West Babcock Avenue, police said.

The offending dog's owner, Eric A. Delgado, 37, who lives in the 500 block of West Comstock Avenue, was cited on a charge of permitting an animal to habitually snap at and threaten those in a public way.
The case was referred to DuPage County Animal Services.
