Elmhurst Express Trolley Coming Back
Riders can pick up special offers from Elmhurst businesses.
ELMHURST, IL — The Elmhurst Express Trolley is considered a fun away to explore the city over the holidays. The attraction is available 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. every Saturday starting this weekend until Dec. 28.
While on the trolley, riders can pick up a guide to special offers from businesses in town and have a chance for enter-to-win prizes.
No tickets are required for the service, which is also known as the Holly Trolley. It links downtown Elmhurst with the Spring Road and York and Vallette business districts. The movements of the trolley can be tracked online, so people don't have to wonder where to pick it up.

The six trolley stops are York and Park, York and Schiller, Second and Addison, Cottage Hill and Virginia, Spring and the Illinois Prairie Path, and York and Vallette.

Nov. 30: 4-6 p.m., caroling presented by the Elmhurst Choral Union Chamber Singers
Dec. 7: 4-6 p.m., Elsa from "Frozen" on trolley.
Dec. 14: 3-4 p.m., Elmhurst history with museum director Dave Oberg
Dec. 21: 2-2:30 p.m., story time on trolley from Elmhurst Public Library
Dec. 28: 4-6 p.m., Sparky from the Elmhurst Fire Department and a special giveaway
