Elmhurst Household Gets City Warning
Six people were ticketed for possession of alcohol in public, police said.

ELMHURST, IL – Elmhurst police last week issued a "chronic nuisance" warning to a household in a local neighborhood.
The house in question is in the 200 block of West North Avenue.
Police said the warning was connected to the ticketing of six people ranging from 21 to 40 years old on June 3 for possession of alcohol in public. Four were from Bensenville, one from Elmhurst and another from Chicago.

The six people showed up unannounced and uninvited on a resident's property on the 200 block of Myrtle Avenue, which is around the corner from the house on North Avenue, police said. The owner of the Myrtle property has had an ongoing problem with one of the people.
All six suspects were holding beer cans, police said. They were released on bond.
