Elmhurst Man Accused Of Domestic Battery: Cops
In another case, an intoxicated man resisted arrest near the train depot, police said.

ELMHURST, IL – In recent days, Elmhurst police arrested people on charges of domestic battery, attempted battery to an officer, door-to-door sales without a license, drug possession and retail theft. Here is information from the reports:
Domestic battery
- David Radziszewski, 29, of Elmhurst, was arrested about 9 p.m. Sunday in the 600 block of North Indiana Street on two counts of domestic battery. Police said Radziszewski struck a man during an argument. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.
Attempted battery to an officer

- Joseph Pelliccioni, 28, of Downers Grove, was arrested about 1:30 p.m. Sunday in the 100 block of First Street on charges of attempted battery to a police officer, criminal damage to state-supported property, criminal trespass to state-supported property, resisting arrest and violating a bail bond. Police said Pelliccioni, who was intoxicated, broke the glass door on the west side of the train depot. He then was accused of resisting officers. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.
Warrant
- Julissa Delgado, 23, of Aurora, was arrested shortly before midnight Thursday at St. Charles Road and West Avenue on a Batavia warrant and a charge of improper window tinting. She was released on bond.
Soliciting without license

- Tamara J. Moore, 57, of Cleveland, and Garland C. Ware, 64, of Shaker Heights, Ohio, were arrested shortly before noon Saturday at Vallette Street and Spring Road on charges of soliciting without a license. They were released on bond.
Drugs
- Piotr M. Gajdosz, 36, of Villa Park, was arrested about 1 p.m. Saturday at St. Charles Road and West Avenue on a charge of unlawful possession of a controlled substance. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.
Retail theft
- Casha Jackson, 37, of Chicago, was cited about 9 p.m. Sunday at Jewel, 153 E. Schiller St., on charges of retail theft and driving with a revoked license. Police said Jackson left Jewel, but was later stopped and found with stolen items from the store. She was taken to the DuPage County Jail.
