Elmhurst Man Accused In Domestic: Cops

The resident was taken to the DuPage County Jail, police said.

ELMHURST, IL — Elmhurst police released their latest arrest blotter Thursday. Here is information from the reports:

  • Jonathan Windsor, 50, of Elmhurst, was arrested about 3:30 a.m. Monday in the 100 block of West First Street on a charge of domestic battery. According to a police report, Windsor grabbed a woman. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.
  • Jose Delatorre, 46, of Addison, was cited about 7 p.m. Wednesday at North and Villa on charges of driving with a revoked license and no seat belt. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.
  • Nestor Rosario, 31, of Burbank, was cited about 9:30 p.m. Wednesday at North and Villa on charges of driving with a suspended license, expired registration, tinted windows, one headlight and possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle. He was released on bond.
