Elmhurst Man Among Latest DUI Arrests: Police
Local police charged three men and one woman with drunken driving over the weekend.
ELMHURST, IL — Elmhurst police arrested four people over the weekend on DUI charges. Here is information from the reports:
- James Van Petten, 45, of Elmhurst, was arrested about 1 a.m. Saturday at Park and Huntington on charges of DUI, speeding and disobeying a stop sign. He was released on bond.
- Jacqueline Macias, 47, of Chicago, was arrested about 2:30 a.m. Sunday at Indiana and North on charges of DUI with child passenger (two counts), illegal transportation of alcohol and improper lane usage. She was released on bond.
- Gustavo Huizar Guzman, 27, of Arlington Heights, was arrested about 2 a.m. Saturday at Route 83 and Interstate 290 on charges of DUI, speeding and improper lane usage. He was released on bond.
- Michael Rosario, 36, of Villa Park, was arrested about 4 a.m. Saturday at Villa and North on charges of DUI, improper lane usage, failure to signal, no front plate registration, possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. He was released on bond.
