Elmhurst Man Among Latest DUI Arrests

Three men were charged in the last few days with drunken driving, police said

ELMHURST, IL – Elmhurst police arrested three men in the last few days on DUI charges. Here is information from the reports:

  • John Martini, 58, of Elmhurst, was arrested about 7:30 p.m. Friday in the 500 block of North Michigan on charges of DUI and illegal transportation of open alcohol. He was released on bond.
  • Juan Villar-Garcia, 24, of Wheeling, was arrested about 2:30 a.m. Sunday at North and Interstate 290 on charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license, illegal transportation of alcohol, improper lane usage and driving an uninsured motor vehicle. He was released on bond.
  • Gerardo Anaya, 28, of Aurora, was arrested about 12:30 a.m. Saturday at York and Crestview on charges of DUI, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, improper lane usage and possession of open alcohol. He was released on bond.
