Elmhurst Man Among Latest DUI Arrests: Cops
One of the other drivers was suspected of driving under the influence of drugs, police say.
ELMHURST, IL — Elmhurst police arrested three people on DUI charges in the last few days. Here is information from the reports:
- Oscar Gonzalez Vergara, 34, of Elmhurst, was arrested about 12:30 a.m. Saturday at Lake Street and Interstate 290 on charges of DUI, improper lane usage and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. He was released on bond.
- Hector Aponte, 34, of Chicago, was cited about 2:30 a.m. Friday in the 500 block of West North Avenue on charges of DUI and tinted windows. He was released on bond.
- Dylan McNish, 27, of Oakwood Hills, was arrested about 7:30 a.m. Friday at Route 83 and North Avenue on charges of DUI (drugs) and improper lane usage. He was released on bond.
