Elmhurst Man Among Latest DUI Arrests: Cops

In another case, a woman was caught drunken driving outside the police station, police said.

ELMHURST, IL – In recent days, Elmhurst police arrested five people, including one from Elmhurst, on DUI charges. Here is information from the reports:

  • Michael Lesniak, 22, of Elmhurst, was arrested about 2 a.m. Saturday at St. Charles and Poplar on charges of DUI, improper lane usage, speeding and expired registration. He was released on bond.
  • Olivia Wojcik, 33, of Hanover Park, was arrested about 3 a.m. Monday in the 100 block of East First Street on charges of DUI and driving an uninsured vehicle. Police said they received a call about an intoxicated driver outside the police station. She was released on bond.
  • Doroteo Samaniego Morga, 46, of Addison, was arrested about 10:30 p.m. Friday at Route 83 and Lake on charges of DUI and driving an uninsured vehicle. According to a police report, he was found slumped over the wheel on the shoulder of the road. He was released on bond.
  • Sourivanh Nouvong, 43, of Elgin, was arrested about 2 a.m. Sunday in the 300 block of Rex Boulevard on charges of DUI and no license plate on vehicle. According to a police report, Nouvong was found asleep behind the wheel. He was released on bond.
  • Brayan Velasquez-Chavez, 21, of Carol Stream, was cited about 4 a.m. Sunday at North and River Glen on three DuPage County warrants and charges of DUI, obstructing identification, improper lane usage, transportation of open alcohol by a driver and no valid driver's license. He was released on bond.
