Elmhurst Man Among Local Drug Arrests: Cops

Elmhurst police arrested seven people on drug possession charges in the last few days.

ELMHURST, IL – Elmhurst arrested seven people on drug possession charges in the last few days. All of them were taken to the DuPage County Jail. Here is information from the arrest reports:

  • Damien Fuentes, 39, who lives in the 100 block of South Fairview Avenue in Elmhurst, was arrested about 9:30 p.m. Saturday at St. Charles and Chandler on charges of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and speeding.
  • Spencer Robb, 28, of Glen Ellyn, was arrested about 1 a.m. Saturday at Roosevelt and Route 83 on charges of possession of a controlled substance (two counts), possession of marijuana and suspended registration. In the same stop, Nicole Cassata, 24, of Wheaton, was arrested on a warrant and a charge of possession of a controlled substance, and Daniel Perez, 29, of Glen Ellyn was arrested on a warrant and a charge of possession of marijuana by a passenger.
  • Giovanni Lurigio, 28, of Addison, was arrested about 8 p.m. Saturday at Lake and Interstate 290 on charges of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding and disobeying a traffic control device.
  • Lazaro Garcia, 50, of Chicago, was arrested about 2 a.m. Sunday at North and Highland on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal trespass to a motor vehicle, no valid driver's license and driving an uninsured vehicle. In the same stop, Maria Feliciano, 36, of Chicago, was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance, criminal trespass to a motor vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia. They were in a car that was stolen in Chicago.
