Elmhurst Man Caught With Heroin: Cops

ELMHURST, IL — An Elmhurst man stopped for a car registration issue was found to be in possession of heroin, police said.

Jeffrey B. Youngblood, 35, who lives in the 700 block of South Hawthorne Avenue, was stopped about 3:30 a.m. Christmas Day at York and Second streets, police said. He was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and no valid registration.

Youngblood was taken to the DuPage County Jail.
