Elmhurst Man Disorderly Over Handicapped Spot: Cops
In another case, a crouching local man was charged after a neighbor spotted him, police said.

ELMHURST, IL – Elmhurst police responded to two cases involving disorderly conduct in recent days. Here is information from the reports:
- A 67-year-old Elmhurst man who lives in the 100 block of East Vallette Street was arrested about 6:30 p.m. Friday at Jewel, 944 S. York St., on charges of disorderly conduct and unauthorized use of a handicapped spot. Police said the man got into an argument with someone else and was seen damaging the person's car. The suspect was found at his house. He was released.
- An 18-year-old Elmhurst man who lives in the 800 block of North York Street was arrested about 11:30 p.m. Sunday in the 100 block of East North End Avenue on a disorderly conduct charge. Police said a woman saw the man in her neighbor's yard standing on top of an air conditioning unit and crouching down when she looked at him. He was released.
