Elmhurst Man Displays Gun In Road Rage Incident: Police

The man was charged with disorderly conduct and then released, authorities said.

ELMHURST, IL – An unincorporated Elmhurst man was found with a handgun this week in a traffic dispute in the industrial park, police said.

The 32-year-old man, who lives in the 500 block of North Willow Road just north of Elmhurst, was charged with disorderly conduct, according to the police blotter.

Officers said they were called about 4 p.m. Wednesday near Larch Avenue and Industrial Drive.

During a traffic dispute, the man displayed a handgun but did not point it at the other person, police said.

The man was released after being charged.
