Elmhurst Man Faces Child Porn Charges: Cops
Police carry out a search warrant of the man's Elmhurst residence, authorities said.

ELMHURST, IL – An Elmhurst man is accused of having child pornography in his digital electronics, police said Thursday.
Rylan Raspatello, 24, of the 300 block of South West Avenue, faces seven counts of possession of child pornography. He is in the DuPage County Jail on a $75,000 bond, police said.
On Wednesday, the DuPage County Sheriff's Office and Elmhurst police carried out a search warrant at Raspatello's residence, authorities said. Their search revealed the presence of several child pornography files, according to a sheriff's news release.

"Our digital forensics team is in a league of their own," Sheriff James Mendrick said in the release. "If you are dealing in the seedy and disgusting world of child pornography, they will catch you."
In the release, DuPage County State's Attorney Robert Berlin said he stood ready to prosecute the case.
