Elmhurst Man Pushes Female Neighbor: Cops

The woman fell during a dispute over her neighbor's dog defecating in other yards, police said.

ELMHURST, IL – An Elmhurst man was arrested Sunday as the result of a dispute with a neighbor over his dog defecating in other yards, police said.

William T. McDonnell, 60, who lives in the 200 block of North Walnut Street, was arrested about 11:30 a.m. on a battery charge and taken to the police station, police said. He was released on bond.

During the dispute, McDonnell admitted to pushing a woman, causing her to fall, police said.
