Elmhurst Man Puts Hands On Waitress: Cops

ELMHURST, IL – An Elmhurst man is accused of putting his hands on a waitress and making inappropriate comments Thursday night at a local bar, police said.

The man, identified as 33-year old Kevin R. Johnson, then punched a security guard while he was being escorted out of Fitz's Pub, 172 N. Addison Ave., police said. It happened about 9:30 p.m.

Johnson, who lives in the 100 block of North Addison Avenue, was arrested on a charge of battery and then released on bond, police said. He was also served with a no-trespass notice.
