Get ready for a summer of FUN! We have a variety of summer camps designed to offer something for everyone. From our popular Rising Star and Super Star Camps to our Camp Shorts and Nature Mini Camps, kids will find a way to grow, explore, engage, and play! Rising Star Camp is for children ages 3-5 and runs 8:30-11:30am. With lower staff-to-child ratios, a dedicated space for the needs of younger children, and trained staff, this camp offers our youngest campers the care and attention they need for a summer of growth and fun. Super Star Camp, for children ages 5-12, is our full-day camp from 8:30am-3:30pm. It is full of games, arts and crafts, outdoor exploration, and water play days. Each week features a new, exciting theme, with special guests and other surprises throughout the summer. Camp Shorts offers flexible half-day options tailored to specific interests like theater, STEAM, crafts, and more. We also offer a variety of nature-themed mini camps at our Lake View Nature Center for children ages 4-12! Choose from weekly themes, or try one of our fishing or archery camps! ELMHURST, IL – Elmhurst police announced shortly after 1:10 p.m. Wednesday they were searching for a missing resident who lives in the 800 block of South Mitchell Avenue. About an hour later, police said the man had been found. Police said he walked away from his house about 10:30 a.m. Wednesday. Elmhurst police and K-9 teams searched the area.
