Elmhurst Man Runs Away From Officers: Police
The resident was attempting to enter a person's house when officers approached him, according to a report.
ELMHURST, IL – An Elmhurst man trying to enter a victim's house ran away from police officers early Saturday morning, police said.
James Millins, 19, who lives on Sunnyside Avenue, was arrested about 2:30 a.m. in the 700 block of South Swain Avenue on charges of disorderly conduct, obstructing an officer, attempted possession of fraudulent identification and consumption of alcohol by a minor, police said.
According to a police report, an officer saw Millins in the backyard of a house. While speaking with officers, Millins ran away, but was captured, police said.

He was released on bond.
