Elmhurst Man Tackles Person: Cops

ELMHURST, IL – An Elmhurst man was charged last week with aggravated battery after he tackled another person, police said.

Brian Lezak, 56, of Elmhurst, was arrested and taken to the DuPage County Jail, according to a report.

About 8 p.m. March 25, Lezak took the person to the ground and grabbed their phone, police. Officers later found Lezak.

The incident took place in the 400 block of North Maple Avenue, which is where Lezak lives, police said.
