Elmhurst Park District To Discuss Salt Creek Park Redevelopment
The park is the park district's second oldest park and was originally purchased in 1927.

ELMHURST, IL — The Elmhurst Park District will hold a public open house to discuss the Salt Creek Park Redevelopment on Sept. 13 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. The park district said it is working to enhance the parks in Elmhurst and needs input from the public. The meeting will be held at The Abbey, 407 St. Charles Road.
According to the park district website, the park currently has a playground, soccer fields, horseshoe pits, baseball diamond, outdoor restrooms and picnic shelter. The park is the park district's second oldest park and was originally purchased in 1927.
