Elmhurst Public Library Receives Toyota Grant

The Library used the funds from the grant to purchase a 3D printer as part of the second floor renovation project.

Elmhurst Public Library received a $2,500 donation from the Toyota Dealer Match Program earlier this year, sponsored by Elmhurst Toyota.

According to its website, the Toyota company has donated over $700 million to nonprofits in the U.S.

The website states, “Toyota’s national corporate giving program focuses on three main areas: the environment, education and vehicle safety. We also have a strong commitment to strengthening opportunities for diverse and underserved populations, helping during times of disaster, supporting organizations that meet the needs of local communities across the U.S.”
