Elmhurst Repeat Offender Arrested Again: Cops
The man resisted arrest in a domestic battery case, police said.

ELMHURST, IL – An Elmhurst man who grabbed a local police officer's crotch and tried to squeeze his genitals over the summer was arrested again on Christmas Day, police said.
Christopher Dwyer, 35, who lives in the 600 block of West Fay Avenue, was charged with domestic battery and resisting arrest, police said.
He was taken to the DuPage County Jail, where he remained Tuesday afternoon. His bond was set at $5,000.

Police said a person told them that Dwyer struck him during an argument.

Dwyer was also arrested on two counts of domestic battery in 2021, police said.
