ELMHURST, IL – After a dispute, an Elmhurst resident banged on a neighbor's door and yelled at him, authorities said.

The incident occurred about 3:30 p.m. Friday in the 500 block of South Mitchell Avenue, police said. A report was filed Sunday.

The targeted neighbor did not press charges, police said. The incident was listed as disorderly conduct.
