Elmhurst Road Rage Involves Weapon Threat: Cops

ELMHURST, IL – Elmhurst police released its latest arrest information Thursday. Here is information from the reports:

  • Omarr D. Bradley, 44, of Chicago, was arrested about 4 p.m. Wednesday at Route 83 and St. Charles Road on charges of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, unlawful use or possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted felon (two counts) and disorderly conduct. In a road rage incident, Bradley indicated he had a weapon and threatened the victim, police said. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.
  • Matthew Barry, 26, of Austin, Texas, was arrested shortly before midnight Monday at Lake Street and Interstate 290 on charges of DUI, driving an uninsured car, driving on the wrong side of the road and disobeying a traffic control signal. He was released on bond.
  • Sergio Chavez, 29, of Maywood, was arrested about 11:30 p.m. Wednesday in the 600 block of North West Avenue on a Cook County warrant and a charge of failure to signal when required. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.
