Elmhurst Road Rage Leads To Arrest: Cops

ELMHURST, IL – An Oakbrook Terrace man was arrested last week after a road rage incident in Elmhurst, police said.

Joseph Antonacci, 61, was charged with assault and criminal defacement.

According to a police report, Antonacci approached a man's car, struck the driver's side window and spat on the car. The incident was about 5:30 p.m. April 29 near Route 83 and North Avenue.

Antonacci was later identified as the person in the incident, police said. He turned himself in at the police station, where he was released on bond.
