Elmhurst Spring Cleanup Days Planned

ELMHURST, IL — It's almost time for the annual spring cleanup in Elmhurst, when bigger items are picked up, according to the city. Yard waste is not included in the spring cleanup, but will be collected if properly prepared, stickered, and set out on your regular collection day.

Do not put material at the curb for spring cleanup until the day before the event. It is illegal to put electronics at the curb for pickup at any time, including the cleanup. For more information, call the public works department at 630-530-3020 or Republic Services at 708-345-7050.

• If your normal collection date is Friday, your spring cleanup will be Saturday, April 25.
• If your normal collection date is Thursday, your spring cleanup will be Saturday, May 2.
• If your normal collection date is Wednesday, your spring cleanup will be Saturday, May 9.
